Optional Add-Ons

• Props/Photo Booth Rental

  • Use of Volkswagen Bus as a photo prop: $200
  • Use of Volkswagen Bus with the photo booth inside (unlimited digital photos are included): $750
  • Use of indoor photo booth (unlimited digital photos are included): $500


• Day of Wedding/Event Coordinator:

$500 (up to 125 guests)/$750 (over 125 guests as an assistant will be hired to ensure the success of the day). Please note- the day of wedding coordinator assists with keeping to the timeline of events for the day, will be present during the wedding rehearsal and will assist with the processional order, communicates with vendors on the day of the wedding on set up. This does NOT include decoration set up.

• Overnight Stay (Check out is 9am unless there is not a wedding scheduled the next day, then you may have a late check out at 11am. Overnight stays must include the bride or groom.)

Groom's Cabin: $150 (one night) or $200 (two nights-no change of bed linens). There is one bathroom, two showers, and one queen sized murphy bed, but you are welcome to bring air mattresses. 

New Bridal House: $300 (one night) or $250 (two nights-no change of bed linens). There are three bathrooms, two showers, full kitchen, one queen sized bed, two pull out queen sized sofas. You are welcome to bring air mattresses.  

Main Venue, Old Bridal Suite, OR Photo Room: (air mattresses would be needed as these have no sleeping locations): $100/per night and location

RV Camping: $50/per night if you use your own power, $75/per night if you use our power, water, and/or dumping. We have three RV outlets, one in the front parking lot and two in the back parking lot. The two in the back parking lot are near the groom's den and have access to a dumping station and water. The one in the front parking lot has access to water. PLEASE NOTE- if you are pulling in an RV, you should arrive early so other cars are not parked in the RV areas.


• Day of Decorator: Starts at $250 (price depends on the amount of decorations you need to be set up)

• Use of White Linens for Tables: $5/per tablecloth


• Use of Yard Games$50 for all or $15/each (giant connect 4, corn hole, giant jenga blocks, ladder game)

• Additional time added to your rental: $300/hr (this applies if you are not packed up and off the property within 30 minutes of the contract end time)

• Stocking of Ice Freezer: $1/per person (100 guests = $100)


• Pack up of your personal decor in your own boxes after your event (you can come back the next day to pick up the items): Starts at $350 (price depends on the amount of decorations you have)

• Patio Heaters (are included if weather is expected to be at or below 55 degrees), if you want to use the patio heaters for warmer temperature, you may for $50/each
