All Packages Include:

• Set-Up of chairs and tables by Owl & Moon Staff for wedding ceremony and reception (final set-up must be agreed upon by both parties within two weeks of event)
• Clean-up after your event will be handled by Owl & Moon Staff. All personal items that you wish to keep should be packed up and taken home the evening of the wedding
• Use of all ceremony locations and multiple unique photo locations
• Use of the venue for engagement photos​
• Please review the rental agreement for additional details.

Crescent Moon: Prices start at $5,500

• Use of the venue on Monday-Thursday for one day (9:00 am - 8:00pm)
• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

 

Half Moon: Prices start at $6,000

• Use of the venue on Friday or Sunday for one day (up to 12 hours)
  • Friday: 10:00am - 10:00pm OR
  • Sunday: 9:00am - 9:00pm
• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

Full Moon: Prices start at $6,500

• Use of the venue on Saturday for one day (9:00am - 11:00pm)
• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

Blue Moon: Prices start at $9,000

• Use of the venue: Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm Saturday 8:00am – 12:00am (Sunday morning) Sunday 7:00am – 12:00pm 
• Owl & Moon staff will provide day-of vendor coordination on your event day
• Rehearsal dinner may be held at the venue; however, catering/cleanup is the renter’s responsibility
• Use of the lounge for the parents/grandparents (old bridal suite)
• Use of both digital photobooths with unlimited digital photos (one is located in a VW Bus and the other is in a self-contained indoor air-conditioned location) 
• Ice for your rehearsal dinner and day of wedding
• Two overnight stays in the bridal suite (this is the only location for overnight accommodations on the venue property)
• Tablecloths will be put on your tables in the morning of your wedding
• Access to premium items within our something borrowed inventory (table runners, yard games...)

Total Eclipse: Prices start at $11,500

Everything included with the Blue Moon package plus the following:

• Use of the venue Friday 9:00am – 8:00pm Saturday 8:00am – 12:00am (Sunday morning) Sunday 7:00am – 4:00pm 
• Choice of one of our decor packages for ceremony and reception and decor will be set up by Owl & Moon staff​
• The deposit for tent rentals will be paid for tents. If the renters decide to use the tents, they are responsible for the remaining cost.
