All Packages Include:

• Set-Up of Chairs and Tables by Owl & Moon Staff for wedding ceremony and reception (final set-up must be agreed upon by both parties within two weeks of event)
• Clean up after your event by Owl & Moon Staff. All personal items that you wish to keep should be packed up and taken home the evening of the wedding
• Use of decor from our something borrowed inventory
• Use of all ceremony locations and multiple unique photo locations
• Use of the venue for engagement photos
• Pricing below includes applicable sales tax (no hidden fees)
• Estimated savings of $3,000 (chairs, tables, decor...)

Elopement/Microwedding Package: Prices start at $750

• Use of outdoor venue and courtyard for up to two (2) hours on Monday - Thursday (ONLY)
• Up to three (3) additional hours may be added on for $300/hr
• Use of bridal suite and/or groom's den may be added on for an additional cost 
• Owl & Moon Minister included

Crescent Moon: Prices start at $3,500

• Use of entire venue on Monday-Thursday for one day (not to exceed 9:00pm)

• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

 

Half Moon: Prices start at $4,500: 

• Use of entire venue on Friday or Sunday for one day (not to exceed 11:00pm on Friday and 9:00pm on Sunday)
• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

 

Full Moon: Prices start at $5,500: 

• Use of entire venue on Saturday for one day (not to exceed 12:00am)
• Rehearsal at Owl & Moon (renters will be given a 60-minute block from available days/times to select within 30 days of event)

Blue Moon: Prices start at $8,500: 

• Use of entire venue Friday (12:00pm - 9:00pm), Saturday (7:00am - 12:00am); and Sunday (until 12:00pm noon)
• Owl & Moon staff to provide day of coordination on your event day (assist with time keeping, run ceremony processional/recessional)
• Rehearsal dinner may be held at the venue; however, catering/cleanup is the renter’s responsibility
• Owl & Moon day of coordinator will assist with creation of a timeline and complete rehearsal walk-through
• Use of the cahnging room (old bridal suite) as an additional 
• Use of both digital photobooths with unlimited digital photos (one is located in a VW Bus and the other is in a self-contained indoor air-conditioned location) 
• Two overnight stays in the bridal suite
• Use of our white tablecloths and set up the morning of your wedding
• Access to premium items within our something borrowed inventory (table runners, yard games...)

Total Eclipse: Prices start at $10,000: 

Everything included with the Blue Moon package plus the following:

• Choice of one of our decor packages for ceremony and reception and decor will be set up by Owl & Moon staff​
• Use of tents if rain is expected at or above 50% for ceremony and/or reception time.
